Guess I wasn't clear or that I'm missing something in your reply. I was thinking of cutting the tab off the Gasshole itself not altering the door on the truck. A little confused by your response. Nothing done at this point so it's still all good.

Why do people have to be such DICK's went out to change my rear diff oil this morning to find someone keyed my truck ,starts at the front fender goes across both doors ends at right rear tail light! Lucky for me they didnt have much force on it i was able to rub it out to the point i cant pick it up with a camera shot. Hoping the sun comes out to warm up the paint and i will give it a couple more rub downs. People just cant stand it when someone else has something nice!

I love mine. Sold my stock fogs yesterday to an SR owner. Figure they will get some use on his truck instead of just collecting dust.

Sorry to hear that. Hope that the scratches come out. No shortage of aholes in this world. Hope karma bites this #$@&! In the ass. It's not always possible to park away from the crowd but for that reason I do so whenever I can. Unfortunately there are alot of miserable people in this world that aren't happy unless they are making someone else's life miserable too. I feel for you brother, all of us here take pride in our trucks. Whatever happened to respect? Sure ain't the world it used to be!

I worked for a large company for 20 years. The last year I was there someone started keying cars. In one week I had 3 different vehicles keyed. So did a few others. This was in a secure parking lot with a high fence and armed guards at the gate. They never did figure out who it was. It became apparent when a helper was fired and the keying stopped. We just figure the unskilled low paid helper did it out of jealousy as most of us were skilled tradesman making double or triple his pay.

If parked at home maybe a neighbor has a security camera that captured the act.

My parking situation is almost identical to yours. Armed guards, high crash proof fences and security cameras. Even with all that I still park virtually all alone. Doesn't guarantee that I won't succumb to the same fate but I try to eliminate the possibility whenever I can even at work! Only guarantees in life are death and taxes, everything else is little more than a crap shoot.

No it had to happen out i garage at home. Autozone or Home depot but parked far off from anyone else! Sometimes i think its worse to park far away from everyone.

That looks great! Are you using vinyl on the remaining areas? Is that the JL TW3?

I ran out of money but found a couple of easy projects to do which was fun, i painted my engine cover and painted a new TRD logo for the front grille.

Dipped the fender caps today. I was surprised how easy it was. Gotta keep the can warm though.

My handicap plates allow me to park right up front now under the bright lights. Sucks having a handicap but those plates do provide safer parking. Not to mention distance from door dingers. And that doesn't guarantee anything if someone wants to overcome their shortcomings by keying a vehicle. There is a high probability that they have no paint on the hood of their 1984 K-car so this is their revenge.

Thank you, its taken a long time since its all custom built. The sides of the boxes are carpeted. All the front facing areas are vinyls. Good eye, putting two 10TW3s in there. I have Kicker QSS674 components up front.
