Bad thing is as I was installing noticed seams splitting in one of my corners. FUCK! Happend before tightening too. Contacted mfg.

Edit: softopper says its normal and will treat with supplied seam sealer.

That's just the Taco lean brah, totally normal lol.

Hopefully you'll make out good with the insurance claim. I hit a cement divider in January and ended up with free Icon extended travels all the way around, free Icon UCA's, free new wheels, free upgraded wheel bearings & hub assemblies up front, and $1,200 in my pocket .

When I say free, of course I've been paying insurance for 21 years, but it sure worked out great for what happened. I asked about all my options and decided to spend the $ on new or upgraded parts instead of body repairs. The body work/paint payout was crazy expensive for how noticeable the damage is (not bad at all). Especially for a 2005 with a lot of off road trail rash already.

    Rooting for you bud!

Installed the TRD Pro suspension kit and the A-Pillar Ram Mount holder mod. First time doing a "big" project by myself and learned a bunch...tried my hand at working the AAL but nope'd out after 2 hours haha. Project for when finals aren't tomorrow.

Same here. I've removed every badge/emblem (along with huge TRD stickers in this case) from all my vehicles within a day or 2, only exception being my 1968 Firebird. IMO just looks much cleaner without all that busy-ness.

For some reason I find it funny when people advertise the stealership when they leave the license plate boarders on. No offense anyone lol.

Just received and mounted a front license plate bracket that user ACEkraut was awesome enough to provide. I'm digging the look of the low mount and super thankful that I don't have to drill holes into my bumper.

Eventually I am sure I will. These 2nd gen bumpers look made for them. I've owned the truck for just over a year and I am only now getting my feet wet with adding on to it. Threads like this one are getting me motivated.

    Installed the same LED bulbs.
    Very bright.
BUT, in the darkness, if going in reverse, the cam blinds you a lot
