anyone got a tow truck or trailer to move my truck to a shop tomorrow morning? Also, anyone recommend a shop that is not the dealership?

I have a couple of codes all of the sudden and trunk is in limp mode. P0300 and P2442.

Not sure if the 0300 code can be connected but the 2442 code is the secondary air injection system code. If you haven't received the notice from Toyota, they finally have recognized that this is an issue and should be repairing it for you at no charge.

that would be cool. I did not see the notice. I did some searching TW and someone said "the secondary air injection system is part of the motor which is covered under 5 yr 60k miles.... have the dealer fix it." I have 53k miles but don't have a recollection of a 60k warranty. I remember a 32k and something like 100k for power train.

No worries. Main concern right now is if Toyota covers the repair. People said they were quoted 1900 from dealership. That was a 2015 post though.

Anybody got a spring compressor that won't make me fear for my life trying to get an inch of compression? As opposed to the cheap auto shop ones that don't fit due to the wide shock body and threaten to leave the spring in a hurricane like fury if you look at them wrong.

Thought I saw somewhere on here that somebody within about an hour or range of the Seattle area did...I'm willing to come to you and bring beer. Just figured I'd throw it out there before paying a shop to just swap my adjuster nuts on some coilovers.

Edit: Coilovers are already out, not trying to trick anyone into helping me pull them off and reinstall in their garage.

Here is the one I received although I noticed Bob's is different.
My air valves (p2441 code) were replaced last year under my extended warranty but this adds an extra 30k coverage for the pump!
Based on these letters, Toyota should repair at no charge to you.

Quick question, so I just finished up installing my TRD Pro suspension kit (and loving the ride) but what do people do with their stock suspension? Take them to a salvage yard?

Just viewed a house in Carnation. Thinking about putting in an offer. Just thinking about the commute to Factoria. I've been blessed with a 15 min commute for several years. Could drive from Carnation to Issaquah, I heard there is no traffic there in the morning, then on the factoria. Probably 45 minutes. Or through Redmond and Bellevue, that doesn't sound good. I guess I'll keep check what GPS says between 7-8am.

    Anyone here live in Carnation?

I'm saving mine for when I have to ship my shocks off to get rebuilt. Not sure if TRD Pro shocks are rebuildable. If not, try craigslist. I've sold several stock parts to people who are fixing a wrecked taco.

We lived on view ridge estates above the golf course, and if u take 202 to duthy hill rd to front street, it will take about 20min to get to Your work. A little longer in the afternoons. So add whatever time it takes to get from the valley to 202.
