Not sure why it isn't on their site,I pulled that screen shot right from ARBusa.com. I ordered from ECGS, they can answer all your questions. This axle isn't new, only new to the Tacoma/ US market.

I've seen the RD232 listed on vendor sites, and they just list "with 8.75" rear axle."

    Worth every penny.

It's not listed, but ECGS said they bought every ARB they could get their hands on for the 8.75"

I ordered over the phone, they might give a TacomaWorld discount as well. You can also pick up the CV Bushing while your at it.

Weird how they are basically Detroit lockers and truetracs but with a Harrop stamp on them. Eaton is a huge corporation though.

Where's the 5mph limit coming from? There's no speed limit for lockers on Tacoma's as far as I'm aware. The only restriction is you can only engage it in 4Lo.

I believe you can only engage 4Low if going 5mph and under. Haven't tried engaging the lockers going over 5mph already in 4Lo though

Right, for good reason. But once in either you can go as fast as you want.

I have a sticker on my door saying engage under 5 mph. Though I am not sure if it means only to initially engage under 5 mph vs you can only go up to 5mph. I have a manual tranny so I like cruising around in 3rd to 6th in low cause it feels like 1st to 3rd in high.

It's not a good idea to engage a locker at speed. Is why that recommendation and limitation is there stock but you can run it up as fast as you want once it's locked.

Not yet. I’m still exploring how these tacos work and why they do what they do. Trying to see what is possible and what isn’t. What is worth spending money on and what isn’t. . .
