2/24 - got 255/85r 16 cooper ST maxxs on exact set up i was running with KO2 265/75 and started to notice a cycle vibration thru my steering wheel and gas pedel

2/27 - took truck back to get rebalanced, still same vibration

3/2 - took truck back and they warranted rear passanger and helped alot but still getting cycle vibration to the steering wheel between 25-45 mph

3/6 - took to second shop to double check balance and they said it was good.

since then i have check u joints, suspension, tire rods.

ran out of things to try starting to wonder if the common with st maxx?

Have you tried checking your needle bearing? Did you swap it out with the ECGS bushing when you installed lift?

Are your aftermarket wheels hub-centric, or did you have to buy a set of centering rings to go with them?

I’m assuming centric. No need for centering rings

    Stealth customs are the brand.

I did not install the lift my self but the local shop that did just followed OME instruction so I’m sure it stock. How would I go about check it? And knowing if it needs replacement?

Ok, and it says on their website that they're hub-centric so that confirms it. I've seen shops 'lose' (see 'pull and forget to replace') centering rings before, but obviously that's not the reason in this case.
Try moving the wheels around on the truck and see if the vibration moves with it. If it does, that'll help narrow down if it's a tire or something mechanical.

would alignment cause that kind of repetitive vibration?

What he means is if they were installed with a road force balancer, which if you got them installed at Big O is unlikely. Typically a shop like that just has a plain spin-balancer.

I have a very similar issue. I rotated the front tires, swapped sides, same thing. I rotated the fronts to the rear and rear to the front and it went away...meaning one of those two tires is bad, most likely has a radial split. I would try putting the fronts in the rear and the rears up front to see if it still happens, can at least rule out a bad tire.

Ok, in that case they've been spin balanced and checked on a road force machine, so it's probably not a tire balance issue, but I'd still recommend rotating them around and seeing if the vibration follows any of the tires.

It's a thing with the newer Tacoma that a small lift makes a bushing in the front differential vibrate a little. Only way to fix it is to replace with an aftermarket bushing

Correct, Cooper ST Maxx aren't directional, so you can move them front to back and left to right without causing any problems.
