    Shit's finished yo.:headbang:

Every switch is individually pinned out to a separate connector, the connectors are grouped into an "upper row" and "lower row" group, and the lengths are staggered (short is leftmost, long is rightmost) to ease in connector identification, but I may also make little flags for each.

All of them pull out for easy access, and then once connections are made the bundles get neatly tucked down under the powertray.

This is the face of compulsive wiring harness building. Though I admit I sacrificed some aesthetics for the sake of convenience.:anonymous:

I know......it will give him nightmares and he’ll be gently rocking back and forth sitting in a corner talking to himself.....

J/k @Nitori .... you did a clean clean job on your install. I’m going to tidy mine up a bit once I actually get some more accessories - only got my ditch lights plugged into it right now.

This is the standard I've been told was bare minimum. Both in my industry and when i was a grom being taught by my old man.. All that time and I still see crossing wires..:boink:.

Looks good though. Nice to see someone with clean wiring. Heat shrink labels are much nicer than tags hanging all over.:hattip:

P.s. cut them zip ties flush! But at least they are the same direction per bundle, although not all bundles were done the same.

    90/100 lol

Picked up a couple bottles today. These are pretty much only sold in Colombia. Probably grab a few more exclusive bottles before I leave.

    You've traumatized me.

I feel like it would be cool to help people out with wire organizing but I've got a long way to come to make it a marketable skill.

Negatives are one direction, positives are the other. Sooooo shut up, I'm consistent. Bundling was tougher than you might think because the pinouts from the switch pro were alternating rows, hard to describe but instead of the switch numbers going 1-2-3-4 top, 5-6-7-8 bottom, it's 1-3-5-7 top, 2-4-6-8 bottom. So that means your pinouts cross over each other when you separate by row.

I found heat shrink labels but they aren't really a good size, either too big or too small. Maybe I will color code with a dab of paint or something.

I originally was going to put a piece of plexi in the space where the terminal block went to mount wire clips, but now I think that might be overkill, unless I really want to manicure the negatives.
