Two issues:

2nd gen 2nd gen has the canbus. The speed sensor location they were trying out didnt work. They are working on putting it back in its normal spot but needs some fab for that.

My marlin crawlbox was leaking due to a design flaw, it has gone back to marlin for the new front plate they have created for the fix.

It would seem reasonable that complex builds would involve some road blocks and problem solving. Hell...that's the fun of these things.

 

It's because I can only stay hard for so long...need this to get done for the big finish

 

Is your crawl box something new/different than the previous ones they've made? Curious why yours would have a leak due to a design flaw but not all the others that were put in trucks

 

they just redesigned the front plate and im getting it. Soooo you do the math.

 

The unnecessary need for instant gratification.

They just did the front plate. I dont think a lot of tacobox's have gone out for the 2nd gen, so either the redesigned the box and the plate was wrong or they have a few others to put new front plates on.

at least their taking care of it and tiring to get a good product to you. I'm surprised they haven't worked out the kinks though as they have a built 2nd gen for a few yrs now. This rig is going to be beast.

 

my build is the first of its kind. Using stuff that has been used before. But first wired up dana 80 prorock for the canbus 2nd gen. The crawlbox issue, yeah I am kinda surprised, but glad they found it before I found it.
