Well, you need to isolate the problem. There are two variables here. Its either:
    1. Indication side
    2. Signal side

You can check the nipple on the sc to ensure it's not plugged. Also check your tubing where it connect to the pressure sensor and the pressure sensor nipple. If there is no restrictions there, then your signal side is good and you know the problem is somewhere in the indication side. Possibly a bad pressure sensor?

You could hook the boost line into the intake (the two lines right next to each other on the drivers side of the sc inlet) to test for vacuum on the boost gauge. This is just to see if you get any indication on the gauge.

Do you have a syringe? You could disconnect the boost/VAC line at the sc and use the syringe to create boost/VAC.

I had to grind to make it fit.

I’ll double check the lines and give the syringe a try. Thanks for the advice.

That’s exactly what I needed. Did you grind the mount (I assume) or the plastic outer bezel on the gauge?
    Thanks

Mount ... not to much. The bezel is not going to be perfectly centered with the pod but it’ll look fine.

I just hold in my gauges with pressure. It works great and has never caused me any shifting issues.

I think it kicks in when 3000+rpm .. Only indication is loss of power, immediately. Scared me the first time it happened.

Was doing a WOT data run with less than 1/4 tank.

Thanks. The truck seems like its not "GOing" like it first did. Ever since I had that P0172 code. Shifting seemed a little more "noticeable" as well...not sure whats going on.

Once Scott tweaks the ucon you’ll be golden. Mine ran like crap with the initial tune. Gadget reply to you ?

He did reply...but only after I emailed Scott...Made me think maybe Scott verified my purchase through URD which then led Gadget to reply also. Not sure and I know people get busy but I left him a voicemail and email 7 days ago. I know hes normally better at getting back to people than that. It happens.

Is there any downside doing it the way @Torspd said, where you plug the intake track and just have the pcv and passengerside connected to the catch can w/ an atmosphere vent? It seems this would be the most effective way of preventing any much going through the intake..

The pressure coming out of the catch can, may cause you to smell oil vapors. Unless you route the outlet filter down low.

So after hooking up the boost gauge and it not reading properly, I checked the boost port and under idle, that little spout has quite the vacuum (sucked my finger right over it as I was going to cover it up). I put the plastic/rubber nipple cover back on that port and the truck pulled hard again like it did before I tried running the boost gauge. This leads me to believe there is a severe leak in that connection (thought I would have thought the gauge would have read something while driving, but it stayed at 0.0).

Under boost though, would it push pressure (positive) and not continue to suck?

Also did a 30 min session with Scott this evening. He changed the injectors by 10% (not sure what that means exactly, other than he mentioned something about "its all a calculation" and "pw". I have no freaking clue what that means haha. I now have to run the two tests (highway speed: 60 seconds, and WOT to 3rd gear) and send him the files. Hopefully I can do that tomorrow afternoon. That program is insanely cool with all the gauges and stuff. Hopefully I get to keep that on the laptop for future use????
