I can't see anything at night inside the truck - especially behind the rear seats. I was thinking of upgrading lights but not sure which ones.

For example, this one or this one? The second link is CAN Bus (not sure I need that) but it's also brighter and oversized.

Of these 4, which would you choose?

Also, what color temp. I don't like overly white light in my home, but maybe not an issue inside the truck.

Can't speak for the first one, but I installed the second one in cool white, and I like it a lot. It's bright and the white light helps me find
things that I drop in the truck at night.

Thanks. So I take it the oversized one fit okay?

It does. The first replacement I bought from Diode Dynamics had ends that were too big in diameter, so it just kept popping
out over and over; wouldn't lock into place. No such problem with the current bulb.

Not /thread. While those look nice, I wasn't looking to spend $30 to replace a $3 bulb. Good to know those are an option though.

One of those little LED's is not going to help much over the stock bulb, been there, done that. I put in two LED panels which are just over an inch square each and that made all the difference.

When you say one LED what are you referring to? One of the bulbs I linked seems to have 18 LEDs and 90 lumens, which should be quite a bit brighter than the stock bulb.

I bought a similar bulb to the ones you posted and while they are brighter than the stock bulb they really don't broadcast the light out of the fixture like you would expect. That's why the panels I used or the ultimate dome light works so much better, they direct the light straight down. Save yourself the trouble and buy right the first time.

Would you please share what you used? Do you have a pic of them on the inside. This is exactly what I want.

It doesn't just replace the bulb. It's an entire new assembly, bulb adapter, and 100LED array. Yes it's on the expensive side for a light but your gonna spend at least $10 for some type of LED bulb/board anyway.

I recently installed the one from Meso. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!

I was going to order the ultimate map lights as well but there is no need for the additional light.

I bought two panels off ebay Edit: I found a cheaper panel if you want to do it yourself but I'd still go with the meso dome light: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2pcs-12V-X...439493&hash=item1ec6a059c0:g:7rIAAOSw1~JZP7J3 and soldered the leads together where the adapter pops in to replace the bulb. If @mesojdm dome light was available back then I would have saved the trouble and bought his.
