    pretty sure on the 4th gen you run out of room with the gas tank. i know its an issue on the FJC. from what i have read running a lefty with a crawl box gives you enough room

    Can't really see a lefty giving that much more room... But I don't have a 4th gen runner. Got a 3rd gen but it's stock lol

    Don't get me wrong my truck was a total loss, I cut it up alot. Most of the floor under the driver seat is gone to get the case clocked flat..

    i dont think its quit as long as the tcase on the 4th gens.
    My lexus GX tcase isnt too far from the gas tank as is. would have to do some fixing on the gas tank if i wanted a crawl box with it.

    Yeah this is the updated design. I haven’t noticed any leaking in my case. Now i have to check. Or you spend a lot of time upside down.

    Did you gasket seal the assembly to the t case?
