I like it, think you need to do the portion of the cab right behind the rear doors though. looks odd to stop there. I may use this idea on my inferno

soooooo noob question but my steering wheel is off center (leans like 5-8 degrees) to the right. is there a way to re-center the wheel? the truck just got an alignment and passed all fields..

The guys at the alignment shop should have centered the wheel when they did the alignment. You should take it back and get them to center it.

It's a great skid plate. I have used mine a few times and it's definitely saved my ass. Pretty damn strong for aluminum too.

I went with 295/70/17 Nitto ridge grapplers.
33.3” and about 2-3lb difference from 285/70/17. The 285 bothered me only because it was not quite 33” lol

Didn't get much done today.....exhausted from some long night shifts and can't seem to get a nap today.

Figured I'd give up on sleep and brew a pot of java. While the coffee maker was conjuring up it's magic, I went out to the mailbox and found out my sweet mail lady had delivered my Gasshole. That put pep in my step. Grabbed the largest phillips head I could easily locate and in about 15 seconds had it installed.

The factory cap works perfectly with the Gasshole.....nice tight fit that grips the cap firmly. Well done @mesojdm !!!!! Thank you.

Tried the Stant #10504 locking cap that @Easthill Bob kindly recommended when I asked about proper fitting locking caps.

It'll rest in there....but not on a windy day. Looks like a simple affair of cutting a thread in it or some such mod. Gonna mull it over. Too tired to contemplate such high level thinking at the moment. o_O

Hmm, gas cap was purchased before the Gasshole which is on the way but has not yet arrived. Guess we'll both have to take a stab at getting a tighter fit. Have a spare that I removed before thay hauled my other Tacoma away so I have one to play with. Have an idea on the cap with a slight alteration as well. Will find out once the Gasshole arrives. One way or another the cap stays. A little Yankee enginuity may be required. Might try belt sanding (removing) all or part of the first thread. Will just have to wait and see. I'll share the fix whatever it may or may not be once I tackle it.
