Kit uses TC +3.5 axles and the standard 4x4 hub. The spindle is definitely wider than the stock ones with gussets but I think it is just built into the rest of the kit so the total width is +3.5". According to product thread and others who have installed it, the kit should cycle about 14" with out removing the inner fenders so it is on par with most of the other +3.5" kits

Nice ! Yeah completely believe it will cycle that much with the " race kit " uniball configuration. Heads up though... although they say you don't have to remove the inner fenders you will definitely have to tub the fire wall a bit and do a small notch toward the front of the inner fender roof/corner just IE just behind the OE air intake hole if you want to cycle that full travel lock to lock. Even with my +2 kit only cycling 11.5" I had to do the aforementioned tubbage and trimmage

Yeah I figured I would have to mess with things a little. I already have my cab mount cut back pretty far, also have beat the firewall wall back quite a bit to full cycle 34s with my mid travel setup. I am hoping that with the wheel moved forward an inch and pushed out more I won't have to do much in the rear of the fender well, just the top of the inner fender and up front. We will see though. Still have to build my axles so I probably wont get around to cycling suspension till the weekend.

I believe most are running 1.25-1.5" to clear their shocks. I'm running 2" since I already had them

I run 1 1/4" spacers but only because I need the clearance from my links and CO's. I have been told multiple times that it is better to have the rear end a bit narrower for handling purposes... and right now I am equal width f&r and it feels more twitchy / loose than when the front was wider.

I'm running 1.25 wider in the front and the handling is pretty solid.

Since you got a 5 lug its harder to find name brand ones like Spidertrax. Just make sure they come with Grade 10.9 Studs which they all usually do. And no bigger than 2"

Most guys run spacers to fit bypasses between their frames and their wheels - you can run them, but there's nothing sacred about having the track width in the front and rear match - it'll help you turn better to have the rear a little narrower, but it's all up to you and how your truck feels - it's pretty cheap to experiment. Looking nice - what kind of bed liner is that?

I wouldnt run spacers if you don't need them to clear shocks in this case. If you run dmz with bypasses outside the frame on stock axle you will have to run a spacer to keep your tires from rubbing the bypasses. I ran this set up on my old truck and had no problems.

Tim is an awesome dude and his kit is beyond tried and tested, if you're going leafs, dmz is a good route to go.

Nice! My truck was back at @dirt designs for a upgrade. Can't wait to get home and go drive it. I'm sure you're just as excited to get the kit on. It was a huge difference, turn radius does suck but mine wasn't great already. I also went from the grey to gloss black.
