Update: They offered me the position... the pay is pretty substantial... with a nice kicker for a 4 month deployment.

Very nice! Doesn't even look like you have shot that. Kicking myself for trading away my Anaconda a few years ago.

July 6th, so I need to find a good 4th of July spot in NC.
CACI in Fayetteville. I think this one is a JSOC position.

It's been shot a fair amount. OEM grips were to blocky for me. Still not as nice as a S&W.
Will shoot this a few more times and may get rid of it.

Like I said before, 37PSR is a pretty nice range if you like to shoot, or at least it was the last time I was there in 2013 before I got orders to CA.

As far as gun laws, they are a shall issue state, but they also have dumb laws on the books like having to get permission from the sheriff to buy a pistol. Open carry is free, but you're limited on where you can carry compared to if you have a CCP. Also, the entire Durham/ Cary/ Wake Forest area is pretty dumb when it comes to gun laws

Outside of going to the range up there, I normally stayed in the coastal area where I lived/was stationed which is basically a swamp. Beaches get ridiculously crowded in the summer, but the water still stays pretty warm even as late as early november.

Went to right Toyota today with my friend to check out this 4x cement colored truck. It at least had the methods, toyos, grille, pro skid, and a level kit. They added 8k for the package which was a joke for throwing on a leveling kit. Would not come lower than 41 plus tax. Also saw Serena from sdhq. I was told right Toyota is going to do what river view does and build sdhq packaged trucks which is cool.
