    I have the SPOD with the LCD Screen. The Screen went went out after 3 month. Its being fixed right now. Very easy to install.

    I’ve thought about putting the spod HD unit in that spot and the q charging station area but those honestly are the most usable areas to put coins glasses ext. the most obvious place to put a switch panel is the basically unusable cubby where the other switches are left of the steering wheel

    I know this is about SPOD - but the Switch Pro is awesome and SDHQ makes a realllllly clean install point for it.
    Worth checking out for sure.

    I hear ya. I just use the cubby. It would be super sweet if you could just hardwire it into the qi cubby.

    @mesojdm makes custom panels for the left side of steering wheel. Im sure he could easily incorporate something for the spod screen. Or make one with a flush panel (no cubby) and drill out 2 3/16 holes for the spod hd mounts. Above the factory switches.

    I installed an SPOD in my Rubicon and absolutely loved it. For my 3rd gen Tacoma, I'm considering Switchpros as they already have a solution that fits in the left cubby.

    I went with spod because the whole point of these systems is so you dont have tonnes of wires etc. The switchpro is a small compact unit but i think it looks like crap with all the power wires coming out.

    I think he's referring to the pre-wired harness (from the relay box) for your accessories with Switchpros, as opposed to wiring each accessory independently with SPOD. If you use 8 accessories, the number of wires is the same for both. If you only use 4 accessories, you have extra wires hanging out of the Switchpros harness. Matter of preference I suppose.

    If SPOD made a turnkey solution for Tacoma like they do for Jeep, I'd be all in.
