As far as I’m concerned, BBQ is MEAT cooked over a wood fire flavor it anyway you want, the wood is the rule. Smoked, baked, cooked, roasted simmered flambé take your pick. Anything else is just food

Haha, I can’t say I agree with this either.

Speaking of which, I just ordered a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker today to take a stab at eating decent brisket again without flying to Texas for it. We have a 1 day old kid now, so it will be the perfect sleep schedule for monitoring temperatures overnight.

Yours should be good in the front. Even w/ 3 in of lift mine are close they may not fit at your lift height so you'd be riding on the bumps and that wouldn't be fun.

What are you doing in the rear?

I'll be taking them out when i install the aal. Ride rite instructions say to trim them even with the u bolts, but since I'll have them loose I'll take them out instead of destroying them... In case i ever go back to Scott .

Hey, so what's everyone's opinion on bed covers?
Rolled vs tri-fold.is what I'm struggling with. Rolled seems more flexible. Roll it up to the cab when not needed, vs always covering at least 1/3 with a folding cover.

    What's your experience been?
