I can tell you guys that I spole to someone that knows Nate and the RTT shit that happened was that Nate took orders and money from people and when it came time to place the order, the manufacturer in China needed a whole container shipped not just 20 or so tents, so Nate never ordered them.
The suppliers he was using for his products, they all stopped dealing with him because of bounced cheques. One actually came to his shop and took back all his products Nate had ordered because he owed them money. I believe everything that happened with suppliers, fabricators, dealers, etc... was because Nate fucked them over on money somehow.

As long as he does a certain percentage then it looks like he was attempting to deliver, or at least refund.
Which sucks cause he'll get off with no punishment and many will still be fucked out of their money

Ya I'm just wondering how a couple have you have been able to talk to Nathan recently seeing as he has deleted everything.

 

They probably have some personal email or other method of contacting him. One or two people have mentioned meeting him several times so they may know his hide outs.

Been following this thread from the beginning. Really hate to see all you guys get taken to the cleaners, especially after so many people gave this theif chance after chance to redeem himself.

Any updates on the legal proceedings? I suppose it may be a waiting game at this point.

 

I just emailed today with a copy of my invoice, im curious as to if this will go anywhere.

 

Definitely a waiting game. Part of the process I guess.

Definitely helps build a case against core.

 

I think the police have a lot of good info on Core's practices. Some people from his early days called in so that should provide some insight into what he's been doing since then.
On my end, I have been awarded judement since he didn't contest it. I now have to call him into court for an examination to see which way to proceed.
More papers to file.
