04 was a weird and special year. Could be possible.

 

It isn't factory dealers have it done by Katzkin contractors at the dealership either when it got off the truck, or when it was traded in since it is a very nice example.

 

At this age, that low of miles isn't always good. Unless all the hoses have been replaced and everything else rubber.

I still wish I'd gotten my aunts 03 that had 33k on it..oh well. It sold for 15k I think in 2012. Highly doubt it would have increased in 10k of value in 10 years. Was basically the same truck minus the blower. Which to me isn't a selling point anyways as you can get a new blower any day of the week now.

 

Its definately a special find. Someone will probably pay the price for a low mileage.

 

So how much oil loss is acceptable from a remote resi King shock...........Asking for a friend.

 

Bummer. Not more than an ounce or so but how you lost it is more important. Theres an internal floating piston in the resi that may not be seated right anymore...

 

Cracked a line to rotate resi and my helper dropped the wrench and lost 3-4oz is my guess.

 

yeah thats not good..

 

Did it on the other side and only lost maybe 1/8 oz. Failed miserably on this one. But now i don't know what to do to get it back to normal

 

gotta re fill and recharge them.

 

C25 or argon acceptable?

Bummer you're far away. I could re set them in an hour or so. You likely now have air on the wrong side of your internal floating piston in the oil side. Your shock will cavitate big time. If u wanna send em to me I can do it. I've got a bottle of nitrogen. Otherwise I can maybe walk you thru it. There are some resources online you can find if you want to do it yourself
