Let's See Some Softoppers

Has anyone tried to mount a Softopper from a Gen 2 onto a Gen 3? I hear the tailgate area is different?

What are you using on the roof to hold rods ?

 

Yakima ski/snow board racks. I can fit about 5-7 rods in each one. We're fishing 14 rods with 3 guys lol

 

There very practical. Im gonna copy it from when we talked a while back for sure cause i hate rods hanging out back and always feel like they coukd flex and snap

Any one selling a Best Top or a soft top for a 2nd gen long bed?

 

What are you using the secure the bottom part of the rear to the tailgate? Yours looks attached better and more flush than most I've seen.

 

I got a 1in by 4ft bar of aluminum and cut a slit in the velco to slide it in. Keeps the flap down most of the time

 

Finally joining the soft topper crowd picked up a used topper yesterday. I need to get some snaps for the front panel but super happy with it so far.

I sure hope you’re having better luck with those tires than I am.

 

What kind of luck have you had. I mean they are terrible in the conditions I drove them in but never have had any issues. 23k miles and still have 9/32nds tread

 

Love my ST. Had it since early November 17’.

 

Been having these for three years and I cannot keep them balanced.. Kevlar shifted in two tires within two weeks of purchase and I’m pretty sure I have been having the same issues since right outside of the warranty.

 

I know it took a lot of weights to balance them but haven't noticed them coming out of balance. I'm sure they are but I don't care enough to have them checked.
