I took mine off and went to Autozone, matched it up with one they had there, local hardware store sells the clear hose for .20 a foot, bought that and a hose clamp...All for about $5

Yes- the breather at the other end will fit very tight on a 1/4” tube though, use a bit of oil or grease on it.

Do you know what you found at AutoZone was called? I've been wanting to do this mod especially now that my rear end whine/howl is fixed & if I don't have to pay full price from a dealership that would be a nice bonus.

Got the new fitting today, thread size looks to be the same but the nipple is deff bigger looks closer in size to the breather. Will try to install it tonight or tomorrow

What's the thread size for the union? I'm visiting family in CA and literally no one here can find these part numbers

It's just a fuel hose fitting. Take the breather off the rear end and can bring it into any good auto parts store and they should be able to have it.

I was just wondering if anyone had any specs off hand as I don't exactly have a secondary vehicle to drive 15 miles into town while the breather is out. But I got it thank you.

Could you just put a small filter on the end instead of the breather?
