I'd never seen a breaker panel in a living area before, but given it's a flood zone I guess that makes sense. Wouldn't want to have it submerged!

I'm 25 ft above the river in my back yard, fortunately, so the house isn't in a flood plain. If the water level ever got that high, we'd have other things to worry about.

Officially had a girl freaking out in the waiting room..... Good times. Two months pregnant and bleeding, sorry to inform you but probably a miss carriage so nothing they can do, that's why you're still sitting there. Security came over lol typical Brockton

Yeah I don't have a basement. My garage is a little pitched, and then that room is about 3' higher. And then the rest of the house is on the second floor. That way if it does get flooded they aren't replacing bathrooms and kitchens, which saves me some money on flood coverage

Thinking of picking up a set of SCS F5's 16x8. Thinking of doing the 4.50" back spacing and +0mm offset....

    Thoughts? Thinking the Bronze..

The Shen Valley is gorgeous. Don't know if I could take the summers, though.

sounds about right. I havent spent much time down there.. Where I am (45 min outside of DC. With no traffic) you get a 2 car garage, townhouse with HOA, 2400sq feet for $600k

skip this area, and go south

That's what they're going for in this area and more.

Bronze or gunmetal would look mint. Also possibly of interest
