Premium and Technology options???

So a fellow tacoma owner who i met recently told me that he recently purchased a new tacoma with premium and tech pakage.
Brought it over for me to see and everything looked the same as mine, but there was no jbl sticker.
what gives?

 

I have P&T on my truck and even if I wanted JBL it was not available with a Manual Trans

 

theres two premium and technology packages. with and without JBL

 

you probably have the P&T package then...do you have blind spot monitor?

 

All it uesed to add wass blind spot monitor, heated seats, and back up sensors. On the off-road you got color matched bumper panels. Maybe I’m leaving something out and not sure about on the new ones what else it might add

The packages have changed slightly every year with the redesign. Heres pics of the packages from 16/17/18

According to a dealer near by there is 3 package options for 2018's

NO Package: Tow ready connection, no parking sonar, no BSM (basic TRD)
Tech Package: Tow ready connection, Standard nav, BSM and parking sonar.
Premium Package: Leather seats, Nav, JBL, Dual A/C, Heated seats, Moon roof.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

For 2018 they split the Premium and Tech package up.

 

The '18 Premium package also has leather heated seats (not just heated front seats). At least with the the Sport Premium package.

 

Mines is a ‘17 TRD OR w/ Premium/Tech package (no JBL)

SN: Had I gotten a ‘17 Sport with the same Premium/Tech package it would have included the JBL

Not quite, I don’t think leather seats came in anything other than the Pro or the Limited for 16-17, not necessarily part of the package just part of the trim.

I had a premium package off-road that had a sun roof, heated seats, nav, dual ac, bsm and parking sensor. Only thing not included was JBL.

 

When I got my '17 the P&T package had options for either JBL or non-JBL, with a difference of $700. The rest was the same. 16-17 didn't have leather except on the TRD Pro or Limited, but that's changed now with 2018.

It has everything you’ve mentioned and so does his.
Sunroof
Bumpers
Heated seats
Bliss
Rear sonar
Etc etc etc..........
So does his, just he doesn’t have the jbl sticker on the entune unit.
It seems that some of you answered my question in that some have and some don’t.
