I would maybe contact Amazon to see if you could get an update on the status. I wouldn't want my money just hanging out in the ether for weeks. Just my opinion, best wishes!

I think it's still sitting there on Amazon for that price. Worth a shot for anyone who didn't get a set. You know your money is safe with amazon. Cancel any time if you want.

Haha thanks man yes they’re 33s. You definitely will be a familiar face at the pump but it isn’t that bad speed wise. With the ect button on it still picks up pretty well imo.

Installed the lift all around but skipped the AAL for now!

    Pre Lift measurements:
    FD 34 15/16
    FP 35 7/16
    RD 35 12/16
    RP 36 5/16

    Post lift measurements:
    FD 37
    FP 37 1/4
    RD 36
    RP 36 1/4

that is sitting on 265/75R16 and after a few spins in the neighborhood.

I'm about to install my new suspension. For the rear I purchased HS 3 leaf AAL. I currently have Sumo Springs (blue) installed on my rear springs. I'm not sure if I should keep them in or remove them and go back to stock bump stops after the installation of the 3 leaf AAL with overload left in. Does anyone have this setup? My frame rests on the sumo Springs in the stock setup which gives it a bouncy ride when bed is empty. After installing the AAL I assume there will be a gap for a nicer ride before contact is made with the Sumo Spring. My thinking is now that the AAL is supporting the rear leaf and can handle more weight for occasional towing a quad trailer I can remove the Sumo Spring and get a better ride versus keeping it in and having both the extra support of the AAL and the Sumo Spring.
    What do you think?
    Am I missing anything?

You most likely will have a gap between Sumo spring and frame after AAL. You can go either way, it's easy to change after AAL install. You know just loosen U-Bolts slide out and slide other on in. AAL will give you extra support. You must have old version of Sumo spring 5", new style is for 3rd Gen is 4" height. Hope that helps you.

    Thanks,
Yes I have the blue color 5 inch Sumo Spring. They are easy to change out.
I was curious if anybody is running the AAL with the Sumo Spring and how was the ride.

When you jack up a truck like this, do you lower the jack so the jack stands are supporting the weight of the truck? Or are they just there for safety (ie. backup)?

Jack stands will “safely” support the full weight of the truck. For the sake of safety never rely solely on the jack to support the full weight of the truck while you’re working underneath especially. ( I admit I do this all the time because I’m lazy to get the stands out)

When setting up the stands I suggest: lower the jack just enough that the full weight of the truck is on the stand, while the jack is still up but not entirely supporting the weight, walk around both sides and make sure the stands are standing firm on the ground, I usually try to rock the vehicle a little bit to see if there’s any unsafe movement on stands before I fully lower the jack just in case I need to adjust the stand position or in case it slips the jack is still under and will support it. Also if you’re only using 2 stands always chock your wheels

On the rear You’ll also need your jack to support the axle while you remove the rear shocks. You may need to raise or lower the axle, don’t lower too much to avoid over extending the brake lines.

Got my HS AAL. decided to order the 1/4 spacer and will put in driver side. Seems like several DCSB are getting some Taco lean with the kit. Figure will install all at once and if after enough miles it is close to level then will leave it alone...if driver side is high after settling then will add spacer to passenger side and get little more lift.

I found one dealer that still has them... shipping seems a bit high though.
