Is it just me that gets frustrated that people don't go back and read the thread to know there is no wait list?

 

Then wonder why they miss out!

 

Its either 1 of two things... they are doing it to be "funny" and/or annoying. Or they are just incompetent SMH

My number one, all time, super duper pet peeve. For many of the threads on TW. The guilty should be sent to Margaritaville.

 

That gets me frustrated too sometimes, but I also understand that not everyone has time to read through 127 pages to get all the info that’s been given throughout these pages.

 

Maybe @mesojdm can add "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE when availale, NO WAITING LIST" to the first post. Might clear it up for some.

 

Oh...so those who may not have time to read 127 (now 128) pages, could just go to page 1 and get all the info they need? //sarcasm off

I will say this though, it only would have taken a person an extra few seconds to find this information out. Actually, if anyone read more than a few posts back, all would be revealed. Just a bit of effort people...

 

This is after all a B/S/T thread. Maybe I am the odd duck, but when I look at a B/S/T thread I do the following steps:
Check the first page, ussually 1st post, to see WHAT is being sold
Still on the first page, What the price is
Then while still on the first page, I decide if I am interested
IF interested I start reading to see if what I want is sold, pending sale, or spoken for
IF it is available, I post my question, follow purchase instructions, or pm OP concerning my interest and either my bid or acceptance of his/her price
IF not interested, I move on and say nothing.

IT really does not seem hard.

Then again, I am old and... "YOU KIDS GET THE HELL OFF MY LAWN!!!"

 

Yeah but how would one know that this information is just a few posts back if they’re new to the thread. I agree with @SuperBad about the first come first serve mention on the first page.

 

If someone cares enough, he’ll read every page.

 

I must have missed it with "when are these available" post flooding the thread.

I have been watching the thread. Waiting silently. Just never post anything.

 

Will my tires rub with these lights. How many lights come in a package? If I put them on backwards will I have to reverse the way I use the turn signal lever in the truck? Uhhh, Oh! Can I still install these lights if I only have one side mirror? One got knocked off at the mall.

That's right, I am back. I enjoy all the crazy questions actually. I have only been a member on here since June I think and I really enjoy seeing all the new guys joining, and asking some of the same questions I asked. None of the ones above in my post of course. Those are jokes. I think a lot are jokes.

I have however always been dedicated enough to read through an entire thread when it is something that interests me or something I want. Sometimes two or three times. Maybe I am a fast reader. I also suffer from insomnia so I am on here for hours at a time, daily, and while most people are sleeping. Yes I also have a life. Between preparing to leave in the morning, time at the office (like now) and driving, then dinner and chores, days can be 18 hours long. I just don't need any more than 5 hours of sleep at a time. Right, since you did the math, that's an hour for bathroom breaks. Even then I am on TW though.

See and I am the opposite, I never watch the thread, make a shit ton of noise and post like my life depends on it. But then again I am always out of my ritalin meds.

 

I recommend "Dahl and Daluca" and "The Hudson".

The Hudson has great sunset views ! D&D if you tell them is a special occasion you can get the alcove room and have a personal server. GREAT Experience!
