Looking for a medium height bed rack, for mounting a RTT on. Anyone know of any that are made in Canada or shipped here for less than the cost of the actual rack? thanks.

Nope but I'm in for some answers. Best bet would probably to find a local fab shop with a tube bender and a welder a d get one custom made.

No plans to go anywhere near the LMD anytime soon? I've had lots of success having things shipped to point roberts. It only ever takes me about 20 minutes to get across, pick it up, and get back across the line.

Order from the US and ship to a kinek location if you're near the border.

I was lucky enough to ship my kb voodoo to my uncle's in New Jersey and picked it up when I went to visit.

We ship to Canada regularly. Shipping cost is roughly $150 to $200 for a rack.

Site indicates $200 flat rate. Can you provide a true cost estimate for Shipping if I PM you a postal code?

Don't forget brokerage and taxes. That's usually what kills the shipments to Canada

I just got a set of bars from KB Voodoo and ate the flat rate shipping cost. No extra charges on delivery and shipping was faaaaaaaast to BC. Bars are top quality as well as extremely well finished. I'm in the interior and by the time I would have paid for fuel to get down to the border, it was only around $60 more to have them shipped right to my door. Now, if you're within half an hour of the border, much better to pop across and pick it up.

Edit: About $100 CAD from Fedex after for all the "fees".

Where in BC are ya? Find a fab shop as already mentioned and get them to bend some tube and weld some angle iron. Unless you know a guy with a welder. Then in that case just do it yourself. Not hard at all. But the fab shop angle in your best bet. Won't be that expensive at all.

And they are in Vernon super close to where I live :bananadance:
Dave at eagle industries is an awesome dude. If you have the coin, spend it there. You won't be disappointed.

My TruckCovers USA retractable tonneau + custom cross-bar setup will be for sale in ~2 weeks, here in Vancouver.

Will fit 3rd gen LB as is. Can be modified to fit a 2nd gen LB in about 10 mins of work.

Can mount a Hi-Lift (or just about anything else) on the sides. Have mounted a drawer, max trax container, camp table, skis, and all kinds of other stuff on there...

    Cost to replicate setup:

TruckCovers USA tonneau: $1650 USD shipped
FrontRunner tracks: $160 USD + shipping
FrontRunner cross bars (6): $360 USD + shipping
FrontRunner cross bar caps (6): $30 USD + shipping
Random stainless steel hardware: $30 USD
Custom feet to elevate second tier of cross bars (10 gauge stainless steel, powdercoated): $600 CAD

$2230 USD = $2887 CAD, plus shipping + taxes at the border. Plus $600 CAD for the custom feet... totals at over $3500 CAD. Interested parties can PM me with an offer / questions.

After reading this thread, and looking over options, I think I'm going to order a KB VooDoo when I am ready to get a rack. Thank you all for your input.
