    One of our cooks hosted a birthday party for his son yesterday. He did a pork shoulder for pulled pork. Meat Massage, of course. Damn fine eating. It's good to have some people in your life who you trust to serve you good BBQ!

    About 6 hours at 225 until the stall, then double wrap until 205 internal temperature. 9.5 to 12 hours total, then rest for a couple of hours before pulling. Last time I did this I put it in the oven after wrapping because it was freakin cold outside.

    Shirts are supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

    I plan on pricing them at $24.99. We sprung for a little bit nicer shirts and think these will easily be worth it. The current TW discount code will apply. Working on a package deal with rub as well for a standard discount that all customers would get. TW members will likely be able to stack the coupon on it, provided I can package it right. I'm just anxious to see them!

    As for the block party, that got pushed back slightly. We were originally targeting March 31st, but we're (neighbor and I) now doing a small crawfish boil as it is the only open date in season. Then there were a couple of conflicts on dates and I go on vacation at the end of April. That's a long way of telling you that the BBQ feast will likely be somewhere in middle-to-late May, if I had to guess. I will keep you updated!
