Let me look into this. I'll be the first to admit the inventory data on our site has a lot of room for improvement. Chances are it's something that showed "in stock" when in reality it wasn't. Some vendors let us peer into their inventory, some send us reports daily, and some only send reports weekly. If I had set something up for you that's out of stock I'm terribly sorry for my mistake. And yes, this has happened before, being a drop ship company we are reliant upon the vendors to have items in stock and ship on time.

It's always been our own, but before we had to go through Auto Zone for approvals of things. The new "owners" are an investment company which believe in us and are handing us the full reigns to do with as feel see to be the best. I'm far down the totem pole as far as knowledge to all of this goes, but from what I understand there aren't any major changes coming up, but when changes do happen we'll be able to do them more quickly and efficiently.
