I have zero desire to spend money going to someone for it.

It’s minor. I know whats causing it I just want to help it along healing. I fixed the underlying issue (my horrific office chair).

Majority of chiropractors are covered by
insurance. Probably worth it to see one a few times to figure out what's wrong. I wouldn't want chronic back back later in life.

But that would require one to have insurance.

Then why'd you ask? :notsure: They're probably going to tell you to lay off deads etc for a while if it can heal on its own.
You don't have to have insurance to go to a chiro.

Im asking if anyone has any helpful exercises or stretches.

I don’t need a Dx. That part has already been identified.

The only exercise I have had to limit is barbell squats. Everything else I’m golden on.

Again I have a Dx. Just looking for stretches or exercises other lifters have found especially helpful.

And you do have to have insurance if you want insurance to cover a chiropractor lol.

Yea I know they help with the sticking point. So I try and do them. I wish I could do (heavier) weighted dips, but I do some close grip bench with 185 lbs and then I do dips, but with the assisty thingy cuz they're pretty toast by the time I get to do them. I can do body weight dips if that's the first thing I do though. I'm trying hit them heavy and with a lot more volume so I can make them stronger and maybe get some size. I want to hit that 315 bench by the end of the year at least. Ive been doing more strict press too. My max ia probably around 145-150 but that's a big improvement from the 25lb plates I started off with. I'm just not consistent with my training. I have my rest days which end up being like 2-3 days, BUT when I get back in town and go to my gym, I hit it hard and usually see improvements even though I feel like I took too much time off. Recovery time is also essential!

When I tried working out in the mornings before work, I had to force myself to eat a banana or something to keep from getting lightheaded. A combination of that issue and me not being a morning person led to after-work workouts and I much prefer them because I'm good and awake and I've got fuel in my body.

Some people can workout fasted, but I'm not one of them. I use the analogy of a race car: If I'm about to race, I'm gonna fill my tank up beforehand.
