Dangitman.....that sucks.

Having fun has unwanted consequences at times......my knees, back & shoulders can attest.

BBQ has always been an interest of mine. I love cooking for my family. Relaxing times.

Figured it was relevant as I took my Tacoma to the bbq feast. Parked it behind my buddy's new Wranger.....superbadass Wrangler, too....tricked out from the factory....red with black grill, excellent trail lighting, black rims and super mud tires....already upgraded by factory/dealer.

That being said......my Taco was still looking proud parked behind it.....and sounded great when I fired her up to leave. Loving the Flowmaster sound.

You should really consider making a “Dinner thread”... Perhaps you can help some of us rookies that want to “upgrade” their skills in that arena.

I am currently trying to step up my grilling... lol

The pre-order price was great for the items (still valid with free shipping / see the first post in that link) and I liked the big section of material in the corner where all the load is going.

 

Support? Do you mean the fork mount for my mountain bike? If so no, I bought that separately off Amazon. The tie down cleats are a part of the cover

 

Didn't do much with my Tacoma today....other than try out a sunshade that came in the mail yesterday.

Never needed one in my last truck due to the heavy window tint on front & sides. I'm still undecided on tinting this truck. I need to go the the local shop and see if there is a "unicorn tint".....one that matches the factory backseat sides and rear, yet doesn't obscure vision too much. We'll see.

In the meantime this will work in the weeks ahead when it goes from jacket-to-shorts weather.

Takes up little space.....and deploys quickly.


























I'm sure there are better fitting sunshades, but this 'un will get the job done until I make some decisions on "tint-or-not".



Also really like the new receiver hitch step I added Tuesday afternoon.


I may reposition it a little bit closer to the bumper.

I like how it's a perfect match to the Tyger slyder-ish rails.

 

Installed the Hondo Garage premium knobs on my 3rd gen. What a difference!

 

On my way to work few days ago, only to get pulled over due to broken tail light on passenger side. truck is not hit or damaged. since i park where i don't look at that side didn't know it.


Found deal on ebay for two TRD Pro lights for cheaper than one light. Actually looks good with a black dirty truck, It's never going to stop snowing. Hope the clear lenses don't show too many scratches like my headlights have. only 8800 miles too. can't have nothing nice in this world.

 

I'm running that AAL with a 6112/5160 (Pro) setup and I like it.
