rear end is jacked up, I also confirm that in order for me to get the shift fork over to the lock position I had to rotate the driver side wheel one time.

I have to be going in a straight line, slowly, maybe rocking the wheel back and forth but being in a turn doesn't seem to make it want to engage. Try going on a straight line at 5mph for several yards.

Edit: unless I'm misunderstanding what you meant by a complete circle

No 4x4 yet but as I stated before. I was able to lock it a couple months back when I picked up the rear end. I used the 4x4 ecu and did the grey wire mod and it locked. I heard it, verified it by trying to spin 1 tire and both rotated in the same direction when it locked.

I didn’t know if I missed part of the story or not and it looks like I did.
That was really my only thought, about as technical as I get.

Sorry i don’t know any more.

I have some patience but nothing in the way of electrical troubleshooting...I'd kind of prefer it to be the other way around. Maybe then I'd be able to get my roof rack mounted Hellas to start working again...

Do you have a light looked up to indicate when youre locked? When I’m not in 4 low it just blinks.

I feel like if you used a 4x4 ECU and not 4x4 that might cause an issue, maybe not though, I dunno.

Took my truck in yesterday so they can see why my AC isn’t working.. got a call they said it was a little low on freon they put some dye in it, let it run for a while. The pump wasn’t coming on they moved the ground wire on the pump and it started working. They told me they need a little more time on it. So it stayed over night.

yeah that's what we had to do with mine when doing my CV swap on the trail. Used one of these to smack it into the diff once we got it in as far as we could by hand.

    Screen Shot 2018-03-15 at 10.40.25 AM.jpg

I wouldn't go crazy and hit it super hard, give it a few soft tries and gradually increase until it's enough to pop it in.

Next time angle the C-Clip so that the gap is facing down. Throw some grease so it doesn't move and it'll ease the process
