Unfortunately not yet. Had to take care of dad duties (which is not unfortunate haha) tonight and only got to chat with Scott in the mean time. I did talk with AEM today, sent them the pics of the pressure sensor. They suggested adding the thread tape and use an air compressor to see if the sensor picks up pressure. Then get back with them on the findings. So now I’ll have to get around to this tomorrow.

I was way glad the data came back positive from Scott so I settled for that being a win for the day haha

Theoretically yes. I wonder at what point in the datalog he got that from though because I saw another high number from someone else and when I looked at their datalog the highest number was when they were spinning tires and hit the rev limiter. I would say to use the peak number in second or third gear. That is probably more representative of you max actual maf g/s rate.

Don’t be surprised if I take you up on that!

EDIT: the only caveat is I want to learn what all this means and understand it...not just have someone smarter than me tell me haha

It's tax return time, and all this UCON discussion is causing me to wonder if the doghouse is comfortable for an extended stay.

After the minor tweak from it running rich (which sounds like an expected trend) I am impressed with the whole set up.

    Remember redline is 5500 RPM.

Regardless, these are all safe numbers. The Grand Prix guys with what is near the same blower spin the piss out of their blowers all day to 20,000 RPM and they have zero issues with their blower (can't say what happens with their engines)

Not necessarily, with UCON it’s set at 6200 rpm.

True, but the auto tranny will shift at 5500 regardless of where the ucon redline is set.

The UCON/OEM ECU do not know what the manifold pressure is, only the mass air flow, right? Then calculates a load to decide whether to enrichen or not?

My end goal, whenever the hell that may be, is to push as close to 400rwhp on the 1GR-FE as I can without reinforcing the internals and maintaining a reasonable expectation of reliability for daily use and the occasional off-road adventure. In my mind, that means the addition of the following power enhancement goodies:
    • Smaller pulley
    • URD Spec U equal length headers
    • URD 3" exhaust with off road pipe
    • Larger injectors or URD 7th injector kit
    • Engine/fuel management system
    • ???
    • Profit.
Much further down the line, three years minimum, I aim to swap the 1GR for a GM LS or LQ series V8 engine if a Tundra 5.7 is not rationally feasible. So maybe something along the lines of a HalTech would be better suited to that end.

When you get the v8 swap figured out maybe Ill follow. Or whenever this engine goes out. I like the truck so it wont be going anywhere.
