I was thinking the same. Why would they spend money to make a new mold for these things, but who knows?

If you don't know @mesojdm , here is a pic of his truck. One of the best builds I've seen. He is running those and match his truck perfectly. Hope he doesn't mind..

I did the camo plasti dip on my dash pieces. The match is not close enough for me to put anywhere on the outside. My windshield is tinted so not the best comparison shot.

    Hey that's ma truck:):)
I get compliments all the time on the wheels. Including someone that pulled up next to me the other day at the light and asked if I did a Humvee axle/hub/rim swap:rofl:
Tan on tan is different, but if executed properly can look pretty good

I've the same rims for my snow tires. And I want a set of those centre caps as well. Try a post in the SR thread or the Wheels Buy and Sell. Lots of the SR guys have switched to aftermarket rims and probably would sell the centre caps cheap.

I'd vote black for your truck.

So this is what I've done so far, on my summer rims. 1 Black, and 1 Tan! (ignore the overspray, I got lazy!)

you know what would look good,... Tan base coat(pic1) and then get the vinyl overlay(black) another member is selling on here. 2 tone and not too much tan.

Total opposite of what I originally was going to do, by getting the tan vinyl overlay on the stock alloys. Good thinking meso!

I vote tan. We have enough black wheel tacos. It'd be cool to see more tan wheel DIY variations!

All tan, center caps also. Keep the Toyota logo chrome if capable of doing so.
