speed limiter, CEL no problem (it would help to know exactly which CELs your truck gets you can use the handheld to read CEL codes)

as for some of the other things you listed I don't recall ever saying I can remove key alarm noises, seat belt noises.. I don't recall even ever talking about this.
also you can't get any actual or accurate horsepower measurement from a gauge

your AFR is 9.6 through an entire pull or just at shifting or?

I just posted 1-2 days ago I'm working on the TCU for the SC tunes. Updating the tunes on the handheld is super easy when updated tunes roll out. Updates are no charge just like 3rd Gen.

Don’t sweat it Mat, just keep doing your thing. People should know this is all rather new and bugs may have to be worked out here and there.

Funny thing is I ordered and received my self tune kit back in early November for the pre BF sale and I’ve done nothing except get my files sent in and now am ready to head to my shop for tuning using the “new” software. @dbs1 even having the plug and play option, you’re much farther ahead than anyone would have expected by now. I know some trucks were tuned pre production and had medium results, but tuning takes time, especially when it’s all new. 3 months is nothing, if I recall from first thread in the 3rd gen section on OVTune, it was almost a year or over a year ago, and he just finished (for now) a solid tune available for the 3rd gen. Something good comes your way, but you pay the price in time.

If you guys only knew the heart aches associated with getting a good tune on a standalone for my truck. You'd be happy it is only months. It's taken years of money, time, and battles. This is nothing, but part of the process. Checks and balances will get it all sorted out in due time. Quicker and easier than my venture, for certain.

Already went down and talked with them since I had to pick up a part for my lift as well. My intention isn't to go straight for it at first, my first 3 hours with them will be a few full stock runs and then my simple add ons to get some solid dyno numbers for myself, then well play around with the files and figure things out as we go, of course asking for help when we need it.

OP is updated with current information, upcoming developments, etc

Right now you have tunerpro based XDF / Defs right?

my software I've build from the ground up for this is damn near completion, expecting by the end of the month, and will be better. I will update you to this once it is release. Much more maps, much better control. And Helpful information on maps that give explanations and simple tune examples. (and what not to do)

SC w/urd pulley, afe cai, URD LT's, TRD cat back. 375hp. Custom logos, tonneau cover, westin bar with piaa lights, aero force gauges, custom front air dam, Westin step bars.
I've had multiple vehicles tuned by folks on a dyno. Certainly a more precise way to do it, but I was not as concerned with hp on this truck as I was with those.

My 3 big focuses where-1. Getting rid of the bothersome cel. 2. A little more hp. 3. A little more mpg.

My last wot here at 6500' elev, prior to the tune showed 325hp on the aeroforce gauge (at the crank). I believe it to be fairly accurate based on dragstrip mph, but really it has helped to show what I've gained with each mod, IF weather conditions are similar. A quick run yesterday at 45 degrees here showed 307hp. Again, very cloudy, so obviously affected.

And even a mpg test from a month ago is hard to square with what I observed today. But the other items are more black and white, and as mentioned, maybe those are going to be in tune 2.1??? I'd sure like to see this cel eliminated as well as the pig rich condition at wot and a few of these other things noted that the tune would accomplish.

a lot of the TCU stuff for the SC will be in the upcoming update yes.
A better explanation of your AFR would be helpful. 9.6 through an entire pull? Only when you first get on it? When it shifts?

however seat belt alarms, key alarm noises, and anything else like that will not.

Nice, they seem like a pretty good shop from the Vegas FJ page. I'm more of a DIY guy so haven't had a reason to go yet. If they can do tuning too though that's pretty badass like a one stop shop.

They can't do tuning per say for your truck as well being they don't have the ability to themselves, they're just willing to take a swing with @OVTune 's software that I provide on my own, though if I remember correctly they said something about trying to become an ovtune distributor because one of their guys is running the handheld on his 3rd gen.

I guess I could go back and specify what posts where you addressed questions from I and others on getting rid of the buzzer for the seat belts and ignition as well as the speed limiter, but that's hardly what I'm interested in.

Your dyno report showed 20hp which would be great. 1-2 more mpg would be fantastic. I've had the aeroforce gauges on a couple of different trucks and what they show as crank hp seems to line up with mph in the qtr. I sure wouldn't claim they are super accurate, but I believe they are accurate enough to tell what gains are from mods, IF weather conditions are similar. Within 5-8 hp on similar weather days would be close enough to tell me something. As stated..weather conditions are not close enough to hang my hat on either mpg or hp right now. The other items including the cel and AR are just what they are. The exact code I can look up via the aeroforce gauge, but I'm sure it's the same one that's been on related to cat inefficiency, due to the front cats being removed with the headers in place, regardless of the 02 sims.

I get it's a hassle and I'm sure there will be updated tuning, but I'm reporting the results I'm seeing right now. Nothing more or less.

He never said that he had the ability to remove the "buzzer for the seat belts or the ignition" once in this thread, but you did mention it a few times in the past. I did a search in the thread, check it out for yourself.
