    So the driver side wheel bearing assy was replaced today.The truck is much quieter now but I'm afraid the passenger side isn't far behind. I can't wait for warmer weather so I can tackle the laundry list of shit I need to do on her.

    Would you by chance have a link to the assembly you used? I have some OEM bearings on order from jersey built hubs, but idk when theyre going to get here, so im thinking i may replace both of mine with the dormans and once the replacement ones come in, just swap em out and keep the dormans as spares.

    I literally just put new brakes and tires on the truck and i cant drive it because the bearings are toast.. its killing me to say the least

    I got it from Advance Auto. DORMAN Part Number is 950-004. Went on with no problem and Advance is having a 20% off sale. I think I paid 119 bucks and had it delivered 2 days after I ordered it. I hope this helps...

    I just ordered a pair of them for under 190 bucks from rockauto. They had them listed at 89.79 each and i had a 5% discount code so i think i did alright. Did you do the install yourself? If so, how difficult was it? I feel like the hardest part is getting the brakes and rotors off and then removing the old assembly..

    That's a good deal. I had a local shop replace it so I don't know how hard it was. He said it went on with no problem. Dealer wanted 1k to do the job, total cost including the install was under 250 bucks.

    Nice! I think im going to try and tackle it myself since i have another truck i can daily drive.. we will see how it goes, but im ready to get the old girl back on the road so i dont have to rack up the miles on my new truck. I drive alot.. last year it was about 36,000 miles between the two vehicles

    Yeah my back is kinda jacked up and is just now getting better. Alot of things i would have done myself i now pass on. Where did you get that discount code from RockAuto? Can anybody use it? I just looked at em, same thing I bought for 119 bucks.
