How effective is your OR's rear locker/a-trac/crawl control when you throw 33's on it?

I didn't think a locker would be affected at all? Maybe crawl control because its all computer simulated and needing to know wheel size for calculations maybe?

    Can someone comment on
Can you elaborate (or anyone) on this? Curious if the locker or OR features gets affected with larger wheels?

Something someone else brought up in regards to the approach angles, is that the different design skid plates could be the difference, which makes sense to me.

So back at squre one for me. Lol.

In my opinion, the only people who should be getting a Sport are people who know what they're getting into. Sports look cool and have a tighter suspension on-road. Its a truck for people who probably won't be doing truck things. It has its place for towing, I guess, but for me it will always come down to SR5 vs OR.

The brakes are probably not more powerful, just that the hydraulic booster allows better control for the A-TRAC system.

The OR and Sport are the same height. The only difference is the approach angle that is due ONLY to the removable air dam:

Someone had posted up stopping distances one day and the OR stopped 7 or 8 feet less.

Sorry, I hadn't read that. I made my post more ambiguous.

I would be willing to bet that that might have more to do with the tires and smaller diameter wheels? I know that there were three different OEM tires for the 2017 Sport. I don't know about the OR.

People who drive Sports made the conscious decision to spend the same money as an OR and not get an e-locker and offroad suspension.

You traded offroad performance for a hood scoop.

You have a Sport but make the same power as an SR.

If you know you're never going to wheel I get it, but I'd never do it.

So owning a Sport, is it still ok to drive on sidewalks and to drive over curbs?

I have 35’s and I can assure you that they’re still very effective.

I am sure tires have something to do with it, llRC the Thread with braking distances in it had nothing to do with the original topic.
