I'd check it out and see if it fits your truck before you buy - I bought one used for cheap so I don't mind messing with it, but a lot of material will have to be removed from the one I bought to fit around the plastic firewall cowl so I'd bolt it onto your truck (easy - 4 bolts) before you buy it...

I'll probably do that prior, I know it's a super easy process. I'll drag my buddy along if I go through with it. Asking $300

I dropped my tires off at the tire shop, a different tire shop because ever since I had my BFG's put on over a year and half ago they've leaked. The snow setup have to come off in a few weeks

I sold my 00 hood to someone with a 97 on craigslist when I did my conversion - so it probably works? Never saw the outcome but he was sure it would

So I’m an idiot. Got the supercharger running way better just needs some fine tuning at WOT. When I did the whole install I missed tightening the intake tube clamp after the MAF and it was letting air in. Clamped er down and it pulls like a champ now

in the audio industry well something isn't working(think signal flow from multiple sources to multiple destinations through complex equipment) and its always just 1 damn button.

    Call it an OFB

    One

    Fucking

    Button

I feel like your issue was similar haha

Pulled the Toytec lift shackles and put my factory ones back on. My 5100s were maxed out. I didn't really think that purchase through. Rides so much better now that there's some down travel. Hard to tell, but it dropped about 2".

I used a homemade tool (piece of aluminum with a hole to insert a sharpie, and a skateboard wheel. then used some sheet metal cutters (they look like scissors) to cut the fenders. I did 1 inch on all four corners

she rides great offroad. I do want to relocate the rear shocks eventually and go with a better shock (kings most likely). I'm running All-Pro Expo's in the rear. I don't carry any weight in my bed when I DD, but when I go camping I haul lots of shit to camp. I do have an aftermarket bumper with a swingout that carries a 35, so that adds some weight.

My kings were originally the standard ones. When I had them rebuilt, I had them make them extended travel since I have aftermarket UCA's now.

    @Lux

This is how to cut fenders as @Fernando is talking about:

    Full post is here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...trail-rig-and-bs.159436/page-303#post-7965731

Same idea just probably not as much.

Though for you id just trim the lower spot back a bit and blend it into the current fender arch. No need to go all around.

Camper top, Custom platform with drawers & trays underneath.
Added a small (18") light bar, flood pattern. Wanted fogs, but no good place to mount them without adding bracing, etc. Thought about the turn signal mod, but the bumper is only plastic where the factory turn signals are. Now I have to decide on a headlight upgrade, since this bar makes the factory headlights look pretty weak. Also removed the rock catcher steps. Waiting to wear out these tires so I can upgrade to some all terrains.

One of the reviews says you need a rivet gun to install them, is that true?

Most places that sell Kings for 1st gens only sell the fronts non-resi, but you can order them from King with resi's. I've heard of some guys getting the their RR Kings from Downsouth Motor Sports.

I'm pretty sure that my setup is not typical but then, not sure there is a typical shock relocate setup. I've seen quite a few variations, all trying to accomplish something specific.

You are welcome to stick your head under the redhead's skirt some time to take a closer look if you want.

whats the end goal? thats very important to know.

Generally, going for an inboard || setup will be best suited for most shocks and most drivers. a 10'' shock is usually good for most SOA leaf packs.
