As the @Cativelense beers come to a close I say thank ya beer bro!

Now on to @tacozord soap! Getting grill fired up for steaks, and drinking on this bad boy. Whew it’s damn dank and full of flavor! I dig it!

There are a couple hidden in there. When you’re a construction worker at heart, sometimes you just gotta keep it real.

    Look at that color!!!!!

Glad you like it. Definitely a unique beer. You gotta try the traditional "Parablola". It's probably one of my favorite beers of all time. I'll have to send you one of those.

Another Fermentation Fridays boys!! Rob hosted tonight, which was a little mellower than the last couple of weeks. This is probably a good thing considering I have to get back to work.

    1.jpg

We started off with an IPA from Frogtown Brewery. None of us have been there, so this was interesting. The beer was juicy and refreshing, but didn't knock our socks off. Unfortunately, I don't remember which IPA it was.
    2.jpg

Next up was Classic Saison from Blackberry Farm Brewery. This was our favorite of the evening. Great spice and flavor. Run to get this if you can.
    3.jpg

Third up was Stave It For Later from Against the Grain Brewery. This is call a Rye-Wine style ale. This confused me and had mixed reactions in the group. It was aged in bourbon barrels. Perhaps if it was aged in rye barrels it'd be more interesting. Medium body, hot alcohol.
    4.jpg

Last up was Kinky from Frogtown Brewery. We probably should have started with this first, because of wrecked pallets. It was good but hard to judge.

    How is it?

Now that it’s open do you have to drink it or does it “store” well?

It’s been open since 2014 and it’s outstanding.

I have a little bit of 2011 (open since ‘11 or early ‘12) left and it’s still delicious.
