    Yeah i was quoted $480:eek: from a shop for install and paint. Funds are tight so i had to find another way.

    Selling my 96 Tacoma to fund the FJ80 build up.
    Can we get some other angels? Different lighting? The black on black + shadows mass with the lines.


    As opposed to buying NEW fenders and flares I'm thinking glass might be the way to go.

    Thanks! I plan on getting a tube bumper like matts as soon as my buddy at work gets his tube bender. I'll be designing and welding my own. :cool:

    thanks guys, if you get close up you can see that they dont match 100%. my truck is 6 years old and the paint has faded in the CA sun and heat but from 10 feet back they look killer.

    Just rub the hood/doors w/a good cleaner/glaze, then wax. That should help bring out the color/shine to adjacent panels. Dont wax the new paint for at least 30 days though. Again, looks great man

    yeah, i was thinking a good wash and wax would help. thats what the guy said too about not waxing the fenders for a month.

    i'll just get them dirty instead :D
