Yeah my folks are close to that jaguar dealership near the i5 onramp. Their house hasn't been updated at all since the early 90's except for paint. I'd want to sink at least like 20-30k to redo the bathrooms/kitchen and knock down some walls. As is, it's worth close to 500k and I'm guessing after the upgrades looking brand new we could probably flip it for 600 or so, since it's on a big lot. It's just kinda sad to see the house you grew up in leave the family, but c'est la vie.

Sadly if it is on a big lot, it might be worth 600k as is to subdivide? Developers are squeezing four or five houses on what used to be nice sized lots. SnoCo is happy to let it happen for the tax revenue.

I often look back on the G-map satellite layer of my house. Good memories.

Telescoping steering wheel. Didn't notice until I was stretching in the truck while holding the wheel.

Only a bit better than that commercial from a few years back where that cock of a kid ruined most of a family Christmas to make a phone video.

It's not really a big lot, but biggest in the neighborhood. Could squeeze in 2 nice size houses (2500 sq feet) or like 4 town homes although probably wouldn't get zoning permits?

My salesman told me "its too bad I couldn't listen to the CD's" I took out of my trade in. The next morning I noticed the CD slot.
I didn't realize I bought a truck with a sun roof until driving it home and checking out the overhead console I caught sight of it and thought "cool, I got a sunroof"
The truck was sort of an impulse buy.

I was hesitant to do the Tacomaworld stereo upgrade because every time I have updated stock speakers I only get the highs and I hate that. I like a full sound, not necessarily deep lows but full kids and decent highs. Does that upgrade cover those bases?
