Finally got around to installing my depot headlights, added the TRD badge and also took off my bullbar to compare appearances.

Next step is to strip the chrome off my grill (oven cleaner and sand paper right?) and color match it.

I'm not sure if Old Man Emu makes headlights. :D Factory headlights are pricey ... but if you go with aftermarket make sure you seal them with extra silicone.

What brakes did you go with?
Coming from cloudy headlights, new headlights really make a visual difference. I'm sure it's brighter too now at night.

I would get a set of Depo headlights on Amazon and an HID retrofit kit from The Retrofit Source. I went with the Mini H1 projector setup and love it. As a part time Uber driver I drive at night a lot, so I need a shit hot pair of headlights.

I kinda dig the painted letters myself. Half tempted to do the same thing to my falkens in the spring.

I am installing Pro Comp Prorunner Upper Control arms, replacing my stock lower control arms, and putting Sway-A-Way 2.5" coil overs on this weekend. Curious to see how the Pro Comp arms perform, not many reviews out for them...

I'm glad man! I really enjoy this setup, looks great too! The ragofab brackets sit nice and low so that I can see around them easily. I plan to utilize a spod as well, there's wiring everywhere under the hood that needs to be organized. Unfortunately I haven't been able to test the lights off-road (so I don't necessarily wish I got 10W but more output never hurt IMO), but next week I plan to use them in snow and dirt, trying to get some night runs in and I'll try to remember to keep an update coming!

B695A3DA-5213-4E3A-9278-78300FCFDC42.jpg In other news I threw on my new black Tepui tent cover yesterday. New logo isn’t half bad. Really want to get rid of the chrome bumper for a nicer aftermarket one. With shackles for rear recovery. It’d also complete the blackout :D happy friday folks!

You could probably find a black bumper from a base rig. Or find someone with a base who wants chrome.
