Kase, between the crazy hours you work during a turnaround and all the time you are waiting for a turnaround have you calculated how many hours you actually worked during an entire year?

 

No sir. I've just grown accustomed to it. 40 hours is boring to me. Like I don't know what to do with my free time. 60 is like "normal". 72 is gravy train making the good money and 84 is like "okay I can do this for a month and then Ima call in sick for a day off and I'll be good for another month of em"

 

I wanna be like you when I grow up

 

You may wanna set more realistic goals so you don't hurt yourself trying to achieve this level of excellence
