I'm wanting to go camping up there and explore some of the offshoots at Chestnut mtn.

I didn't even see any. All I saw was the trail we were on.
It's mustergrounds/HPR/and Bad creek is where I want to explore offshoots. We done missed mushroom season, I want to be ready for next year.
That and find some awesome camp sites to claim.

The big spot at the river is premium, but I've only been there once and not seen someone already camping there. Keep going up and, well you know, there's good spots, especially like where we turned around.

Lol. As high as that water was that day, I don't think I could sleep with that noise.

It was WAY up that day! Much more mellow earlier this week when I was out there. Gentle rapids instead of that kinda roar. lol

I have yet to explore what lies beyond this heap, and still wonder how in the actual hell it got there. Maybe there is some kind of mystical trail back there.

Yea. Remember that well. Was there room to squeeze by it? If Eddy came along....he could flatten it with the buggy enough we could just drive over it. :D

I think there might be room, yeah, but I was on a mission to find that damn gate again, so I didn't do any side trips.

There is a spot where some kids rolled a couple logs in a rut. They posted it in a youtube video from pretty recently. It's not as bad now as it has been before. Real easy to bottom out/get high centered there.

    More skinny pedal!

First time I did it was completely stock. :anonymous:

Dang. Thought about mounting my tent on the shell I'm getting, but wouldn't clear it if I barely cleared it before. Oh well. Guess it's trailer time.

That and they leveled that area out some so the ground got closer to the tree I was pretty close to it. You may be able to squeeze by it
