I really enjoy this setup. All camp gear is kept in the bed and stays pretty dry (but I don't leave anything I don't mind getting wet back there) and the rack still supports the weight of 2 people plus the Ayer tent!

I think that'd be good for temporary, but I've learned that I'd rather do stuff right the first time. And I REALLY need rear recovery points, would've been nice to have them last week when I got high centered on a log

    WARRANTY VOIDED
Replaced battery that was only 1.5 years old.
Got it for free since it was exchanged at WalMart under warranty: Good.
Battery light didn't turn off after and while I was running with the dead battery, my volt meter was reading 8.9-9 volts by the time I got to the service center...
Which means I'll probably be getting a rebuilt alternator next week: Bad.

    181.6ish thousand miles.

If my arb compressor is only going to run my locker, will I still need two switches?

I always liked the look of an analog clock on a car dash such as the one on my wife’s Mercedes, so I got this one made for a motorcycle in hopes of mounting in my dash. Found out that we do not have a good location on our dash to look like it belongs and I didn’t want to send it back. So since the center console has some good unused real estate, I thought this would be a good spot with unobstructed view of the clock. On another note, upon removing the center console cover I noticed this unused plug. Does anybody know what this is meant to power?

@Trouble_The_Tacoma I bought a Renogy “starter kit” off Amazon. 100w panel with a 400w, 30A Controller, brackets, and extra wiring.

Yes, the compressor will turn on separate from the locker. You’ve gotta build psi before activating it.

    Nice!

As far as the plug goes, probably for the stock power inverter that your truck does not have since you have an SR5
