I’ve been looking for a place to “hang” the cap when not in use. I was using the passenger headrest, but it kept falling off. Well, it ended up falling into the rear cup holders one day, and I haven’t looked back. I know :bananadead:

But it works and is very effective! The console pushes it back when opened, but it leans back into place when the console is closed. I live in the canyons and it can handle curves too. It’s never fallen out. Stupid, I know. But it works great. Alright, I’m done :anonymous:

Close! Up several miles on the 101, but both canyons part of the Santa Monica Mts.

Interesting. When I bought my truck the dealer left two complimentary TRD Eddie Shack hats in the truck. I stashed them exactly where you did and they have been there ever since. And that was in October.

I drove around for 3 weeks in economy mode. Didn’t know what the ETC button did. Now I can’t drive without it.

I went through a phase of pressing ECT all the time, but 6 months into owning the truck, the powertrain seems to have sorted itself out, or it sorted me out, and I never push ECT now. I downshift into S-Mode on very steep hills on the highway, but other than that, the engine/tranny combo is well behaved during normal driving.

CD's have much better audio quality than your standard MP3. Unless you have high quality WAV files or the equivalent. Try it out. Listen to a CD then an I-something or andoid file. Use the same song for both. More detail, clarity, depth. Give it a shot.

Finally took the new OEM floor mats out of the storage area and found its the perfect place for my washer fluid.

The other side still has the box that contains the tow hitch and ball which came with the truck.
