Has anyone added a sunroof? In the excitement of buying my new truck last year I didn't think about it not having a sunroof. I miss having one. Has anyone added one that looks and works like oem?

It would probably be cheaper and more reliable to just get a Tacoma with a Sunroof already in it, plus you get all the other goodies in the P&T Package

    Somewhere in the Mojave Desert...
    Vehicle:
    2017 Tacoma OR 4x4 (formerly 2002 OR 4x4, 1995 4x4 4Runner, 1985 4x4 Toy PU) ... and RIP’s (rust in pieces) to a Bronco II 4x4 & S10 Blazer 4x4
Dont, I wanted the same for my 1st Gen and it was too expensive, not warranted for leaks and would have cut through one of the roof supports (they straddle the OEM sunroof hole but are supposedly spaced differently for those without).

Webasto makes great sunroofs. Finding an installer may be difficult.

All my previous vehicles all came sunroof but I never really used it. So with the Tacoma not having it, I don't miss it at all.

I wouldn't do it. Webasto makes excellent products but having someone cut a hole in the roof of my truck just worries me.

You have to be out of your fucking mind to cut into a roof of a new $40k truck. You really can't just roll the windows down and be satisfied?

Unless you can install one that explodes from time to time, is not a legit sunroof.

Please tell me how you missed the absence of a sunroof during your test drive?
    Do not go aftermarket. Seriously.

Sunroofs are overrated. Just another source for a water leak.
