If you have the coin, I'd suggest Bricks Restaurant & Wine Bar. A bit spendy but no casino to deal with and a quite, clean atmosphere. More intimate I suppose. Best steak dinner I ever had. New Zealand Elk steak was almost as creamy as their mashed potatoes.

We used to go there a lot when we lived in Sparks, but stopped going shortly after it changed ownership/management.
I guess it's improved since we were there last.

Nope not me. I stayed at home with the boys for a "snow day" (no school) most of the day. We did leave once to go to Wal-Mart to get some home made slime making supplies but that was the opposite direction of Vista.

dang! all this food talk. I like the sound of a buffet. I will have to go to the casinos and try one. I have only gone inside the gsr once for a gun show. I am not a casino kinda guy. I do like buffets though. Dang I got to get there, wife is on a diet though. She is easy to bribe. What one is the best food for the money. I don't want no Vegas Vacation style food hahaha.

The buffet we like the best is Toucan Charlie's at the Atlantis (but we mostly do brunches)

Peppermill buffet was good the few times I've been there. But as far as casino restaurants, I like the oyster bar in the nugget. I'd stab a dude for a helping of their crab pan roast.

Town of over priced every thing. Drive to reno and you can save over a dollar in gas. I legit save 80 a month by going to reno just for gas. Never mind the food money I save. Truckee is def nice dnt get me wrong, but for me I just do not fit in financially. I have to move if I want a house. The vacation traffic people bother me to. THey drive like they are only people on the road.

That's why I did everything in Reno. No way in hell I could afford to live there anymore. Yeah I hated highschool when my entire paycheck was for gas.

I do about a tank a week unless I go to reno a few times. I am working on getting a car for the wife so we can save gas and miles on the truck for the travels down to Reno.

Toucan Charlies at the Atlantis is hands down the best buffet in town. Just don't go on Fri, or Sat. if youre on a budget.

    Snorkel & compressor are installed.
Waiting on the Fender Liner Screw Grommet Fastener Rivet Push Clips Retainer's to arrive on Monday so I can put the liner back in, put the wheel back on & turn it around in the garage so I can wire the compressor.
Taco lives on the single side of the triple garage, Volvo lives on the double side.
I was able to get the mud flaps off only breaking one of that kind.
These are the kind I need for the liner since I drilled those suckers out.
