I installed the lift this week and now I’m going to put my new wheels/tires on the truck on Wednesday. Are there alignment numbers I should be advising the alignment technician about when they’re doing the alignment???

Checked my measurements after doing about another 100 road miles and a pretty rough off road trip.
    DF: 22"
    DR: 23 3/4"
    PF: 22 1/2"
    PR: 24 1/4"

Looks like it has settled 1/2" on driver front and 1/4" everywhere else .

So, all said and done... Looks like you got about 2" lift all around with your set up?

Finally got my suspension in. I forgot to take before and aster measurements but the ride is a million times better. I went with the wheelers 3 leaf progressive leaf back and I’m sitting pretty level with my shell in the back. My truck is on the left and the other one is a sport with the blue and yellow bilsteins. It’s hard to tell but I’m about 2” higher.

2.7 4x4 5 speed guy here. I installed these guys and got 22.5” hub to wheel height up front... However it seems at this level, the suspension has hardly any droop (down travel), even speed bumps I have to go slower that stock because the sound of the suspension making out is horrendous... I can imaging a stock TRD Pro driving this bad. Anyone else hearing their poor suspension maxing out over minor speed bumps and speed humps?

    The rears are also loud.

I have installed a million lifts on Jeeps and Toyota’s all my life... I am thinking the lighter 2.7 is keeping the suspension higher and riding on the edge of maxing out.

I wish they made stock replacement high angle ball joints, I have/had ZERO desire for high travel UCAs

how much of a gain in height from stock was it? I'm heavier but I drive over speed bumps and there's no loud noises. How is it on dips? i go through them at 40mph without batting an eye.

I got about 2 inches of lift ... I am assuming the noise is the ball joints maxing out ... my buddies TRD sport goes over much more smoothly, however it kind of wallows around instead of being controlled like the TRD kit

Since installing the kit, my Trd off road handles bumps much better than stock.

Could the ball joints been worn?

    But then doesn't explain rears.

That's how mine feels. Still stiff but better

Ball joints are good, it’s a good firm kit, that for sure, I just think it pushes the poor stock UCA ball joints a little hard ... surprised this was sold as a stock setup, needs way more droop to handle the basic “street” terrain.

    Whole lotta stuff
Well it was sold as a stock setup with the 'STOCK' Upper arms, which definitely cannot articulate enough for any application greater than stock travel. If you're going for extended travel, IE addition droop, this isn't the setup for you.

What numbers did you get in lift? I have mine waiting to go in and I man hoping I didn't buy too aggressive of an add-a-leaf.

I installed this kit on my daughter’s 2015 2.7 a/t Access cab prerunner. I’m still at ~23 1/8” hub to fender (~2.75” lift) on the fronts after about 60 miles. Haven’t got it aligned yet but I’m not sure if it’ll even get close to where I want it....at this much height with stock uca’s, I dont think it’ll have enough caster. This may be too stiff of a coil for a 4 banger access cab. It does feel like it’s near the limit on down travel when going slowly over speed bumps.
I may just find someone local with a newer 3rd gen off-road and work a trade/deal and install their 3rd gen off-road suspension.

So I just finished my install
I used this kit and 1/4" spacers up front.
Toytec AAL (Deaver's 3 leaf add on).
I got about 3" on the front and about 3"1/4" on the rear. But I have less than 3 miles on the install, so there should be settling. I still have taco lean which is alright with me, I didn't try to fix it.

Guys lift 4 cylinder access cabs 2.5 inches all the time and use their factory uca’s. I had no problem getting good alignment numbers with this kit. I have settled in the front to 1.75 which is what the kit is supposed to yield.

I’ll probably drive it some more and see if it settles. I wasn’t expecting nearly 3” of lift. Was hoping for 1.75-2”.

I’d say you will settle quite a bit f
ill bet you will be closer to 1.5-2” after a couple hundred miles.
