Got mine in! Looks freaking great, a little shipping bending on one tab, but nothing major, easily bent out (and luckily I work at a machine shop with a lot of skilled folk so it's gonna be easy). I'll have pics and those videos up as soon as I get it in. That's probably what my Friday night is going to be doing.

Edit: Within 20 minutes of posting my pics, Docloco pmed me and said another panel would be made and sent ASAP. He also quoted the apology from the shop it shipped from! I have never experienced such quick and effective customer service. I would absolutely recommend ordering from him.

    I got mine today...
Yikes, I was hoping to install this weekend. The front of it is covered in horrible scratches and had some good sized dings in the aluminum. It definitely looks like preshipping damage from the shop, almost like they had the panels stacked and dragged them apart instead of lifting. I'm not quite sure what to do now :notsure:

Holy fuck! You’ve done what you needed to do by showing me. I’ll take it from here and get it resolved. I’ll keep you updated by PM.

Here's my install album and it has sizing, I'll have video of it up with no soundproofing if it makes any difference later, I'm still at the office.

@docloco mine has very similar scratches, though not quite as bad, also no chunks missing like @Superman's panel. However, I do NOT wish to have any replacement or anything since I am painting mine, and the prep work requires sanding anyway. I forgot to take a picture of it tonight before I started sanding, but I'll snap one tomorrow before I continue just so you have further documentation if needed.

Repeat, I am perfectly happy with my existing panel as is.

I hope no one else has such damage though.

EDIT: Pics sent to doc directly. Also for anyone reading this later, Docloco's customer service is top-notch, and I would buy again if the need arises. I have no reservations recommending you buy from him.

Hey @docloco , so I installed my panel in today (thank you very much!!) I was just curious, how did you mount that AR-15 to it like on pg. 1 of this forum? Thanks!

Well that’s a bit of an optical illusion. It’s not actually mounted to the panel, but to an actual police rifle mount. I have it listed on my build page in more detail.

Mine was also damaged at the shop but not badly. I was so hung up on the holes that don’t line up that I didn’t mention at the time I opened it. The scratches are definitely pre shipping as there are no scratches on the box. The round one in the center was during shipping as there a hole in the box from it sitting on top of something pointy.

Seems like a few of us have these scratches coming out of the shop.

EDIT; @docloco sent me a PM immediately after posting and offered a solution. Thank you so much OP for standing behind your product and the customer service you are providing.
