He was a little hot when we took a break around lunch time yesterday so I started the truck and ran the a/c to keep him cool. I dont spoil him at all. :anonymous: He likes to rest his head on the console with the air blasting him the the face.

Onto the clear lens. I can't wait to get the red lens on, it's pretty badass.

    *Warning- sad story*

I feel that I only post in here when shit hits the fan with my fur family. Well, the fan is dirty again.

This isn't my dog, but I considered him as part of my family. The dogs owners are in Fl for his wife's fathers funeral. I was taking my morning shit yesterday and all the sudden someone is slamming on my front door. Turns out it's the neighbor who's watching him in the morning went over there and he collapsed and was barley breathing. I ran over saw him, his gums were white as could be so I took him to the emergency vet. 8 hours later I was told even if we spent all the money in the world and had operations and everything he has about a 6-12 month life span with limited activity due to heart disease. This dog is super, super active and I talked to the owners who are our neighbors and very close friends. They said they trust my decision on this since they couldn't be here to see him or anything. He talked to the vet and got all the information that I did. I didn't have a price cap for his dog and would of spent anything it would of cost to know he'd be ok. It wasn't happening and he had over 10 episodes where his heart would stop or have irregular beating and he'd pass out and begin to seize within 6 hours. Meds weren't helping at all. The vet, and two cardiologists all agreed that he most likely wouldn't make it through the night.

So I had to make a decision.

It's one thing to put your dog down. It's totally different putting your friends dogs down and knowing when their two young boys come home they won't have their dog there to greet them.

Sorry for the sad story buy my mind is fucked from this and TW is much better than any shrink IMO. Just needed to vent.

Buster (the dog sitting up) or as we called him, Buster Brown. I'll miss this furry bastard. Rest in Peace Dude.

So sorry you had to do that for your friend, very heart breaking! You have done a service that your friend will only be able to pay back with a hug (or two, or more!), a beverage of choice (or two, or more), and remembering what a cool dog he was. Rest easy knowing that you truly made the right decision. Thank you for sharing.

I know the feeling and it’s horrible. I had to let this 15 year old companion go last week. She had cancer but her last day we went for a ride around the lake, got a milkshake, and filet mignon for dinner. I’d give anything to have been able to have saved her. 87E527AD-76ED-42AD-B4B2-C6CBF7894D22.jpg

Wow, sorry to see this. Bless her little heart. It is so hard to say goodbye to our loyal companions.
    Her pain is gone now.

Wow, your friend is lucky to have a compassionate friend like you to handle this impossible situation. I’m sure he is grateful for you.

    Bless you.

She likes riding on the Taco. We are in a parking lot waiting for my son I don’t advocate driving with a dog in your lap.

Took Chance on a snow run with some other members this past Sunday. Got to see two of his TW buddies, @FirstTimeFirstGen's dogs Gattaca and Gabe.

Not sure what's going on in this photo, but it needs some captions. Chance is not pleased.

So sorry for your loss. Bad enough to have to put your own pet down, can't imagine having to do that for a friends pup. RIP Buster.

Sorry for your loss too. RIP puppy

Just shy of 4 weeks since arrival. He's settling in quite nicely. Learning "ropes" from his fur-brother. He has also been cleared of the hitchhikers from Texas (a course of medications did the trick).

Me and my JIMBO share the same b-day today. I hate to pick favorites but he’s probably the best lab I’ve ever had.
