I don't think ADS will release that info. But as long ass you stay 3" and under on total lift you are good. Someone else with some more knowledge might chime in and help out. How much preloaded do you have currently?

Have had my ADS fronts and rears with remote reservoirs and 700# coils installed for about 6 months or so. Love them! They were a bit stiff. I just added an ARB bumper this past weekend. Now this is how the ride is supposed to feel!!!!! I knew I was going to add a bumper and skids down the road, which is why I went with the 700# coils. Man what a difference. Pot holes and such are barely noticeable now. I'm super happy.image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Correct. Ditched it. No looking back. I'm a pretty conservative/cautious/old lady in her 80's driver, so I won't miss it. I still have it, but I saw a post where someone ditched his and is thinking about melting it down to make swords.......best idea ever

First. Soo jealous. As I am looking at pretty much same set up. Guess I'm thinking 650lb since not adding anything up front. Couple questions. Did you use a spacer for the half inch taco lean. I know newer models have this. Maybe not 2013's. Also what was the reason for not going clickers in the back. I was not sure which way to go.

You dont need spacers to account for taco lean. You can adjust the coilovers to give you the ride height you want on the front.

This is true. Personally was thinking of spacer to keep shock as equal as I can.

Having them be 1 or 2 turns different from driver to passenger have been fine on my truck for a year and like 10-15k miles.

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
@TaylorU or maybe some one else knows the answer. What is the maximum amount of allowable threads to be showing on these shocks with the different spring rates?

@riz_atx qoutes are exactly right. These are adjustable, so no need for a "lean" spacer. Just crank the drivers up a couple more revolutions than passenger. As for not doing clickers in the rear, I run Allpro Expos and ride rite bags, not sure adjusters would benefit me in that configuration, although maybe someone else could chime in on that. I run a ton of weight almost constantly. The rear can be a tad bouncy unloaded, but honestly not that noticeable. As I said, I got the 700# coils because I knew eventually I would be adding weight upfront soon. Plus my work commute is only 18 miles round trip, and I rarely drive too far from the house anyway. So when I do drive on long trips, I'm loaded up, so the ride is really nice. I would recommend, although I'm not a suspension specialist by any means, if you don't plan on adding weight, I would go with the 650# possibly 600# coils. Not sure if ADS offers 600# though. But give Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road, she can answer any questions you have. She walked me through the process for my setup and my wife's Icon setup on her 4Runner. And they have the best prices I have found. They ship fast and the packaging is very protective of the contents. Honestly if you do a lot of city driving and mild off-road driving, in other words if you stay on pavement more than off, I personally would look into Fox or Icon. My wife's 4Runner drives soooooo nice with the Icon Stage 2. For driving around the city, I would rather be in hers, for our trips and travels I would rather be in mine. Just my 2 cents. Hope this helps with your decision. Just take your time and do your research, it took me almost two years to finally decide what I was going with. It was very intimidating and overwhelming at first, but questions here on TW, and several calls to Marie, I was able to make an educated decision that I am extremely happy with. It's a lot of money, so make sure to get what you want, and think a ways down the road, that way you get the most for your money, and you are happy driving your Tacoma!

I was looking at Icon. Flip flopped a coupe times. But in the end ADS has a better coating for New England weather. From what I've read.

Spacers are not recommended with adjustable coilovers, likely due to how they attach. Stock front suspension has studs, coilovers have bolt holes.

I had the same questions as you guys so I emailed them a few months ago. Here was their reply to me: "For every 3 clockwise rotations you should gain 1/2" of lift. We like to measure the full installed length of the spring at full extension to determine the exact preload. The coil spring free length should be 14". We wouldn't recommend going further than 11.75" installed length."
    Hope this helps guys.

Not sure about the amount per rotation. Ordered mine stating I wanted 3 inches and that’s what I got with 650lb springs

It's after you install them. If you want more height you have to rotate the collar.
