After shipping all I have form the last batch of Devil Horns I had some spare time and worked on this bracket.
Big thanks to @scocar  for enlightening me in a small but effective change on this bracket.

So a problem occurs after attaching the trailer plug since it's facing downwards, this results with the rest of the harness sagging downwards and having a possible scraping and damage to the harness.
In order to fix this I have drilled two holes onto the bracket and gave it a little more room for a heavy duty bungee with steel hooks.
I imagine this bungee will keep the harness tucked in closer to the vehicle and away from the ground.

    Any comments are welcomed.

After machining another bracket and testing it I'll start production.
Sorry for the delay, but this is the nature of design and building a good product.

That guy is a freaking rocket surgeon!

I didn't expect the holes to go right at the location. So the cutout would allow a hook to enter from either side along the surface of the receiver tube, from the looks of it, right? I would definitely test mount that with a real hook to make sure the radius of the hook is not too great to prevent it from rotating into the hole.

I don't have any hooks or machined bracket at the moment to test :p
I made the clearance cutouts because the bracket sits very close to the frame of the truck
One hole per hook unless you have any suggestions

No that's great. I see four sets of smaller holes in a grid pattern. But I assume those are mounting holes for the the OEM harness bracket plate. Why four spaced out like that? The OEM bracket only has 2. Am i missing something?

Four holes are for the holding fixture I use while machining.
Makes it much easier on my end, not functional for anything else

For anyone not quite getting it, this stock image shows how a simple loop in the bungee could capture the wiring harness. A short bungee would be needed to maintain tension on the harness. The harness would feed through the center loop, which would cinch down on the harness once tension is applied by hooking it to the bracket. Two turns around the harness might be necessary.
